Refund policy

If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, you have 14 calendar days from the date you received your item to contact us and request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation or receipt)

 

Return Process

  1. Contact us at lulabloomnz@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order

  2. Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on where to send your item

  3. After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the outcome

  4. If your return is approved, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method (note: bank processing times may vary)

 

Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund amount

 

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for return unless faulty:

  • Underwear

  • Creams & sprays

  • Sanitary items

  • Breast pads

 

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a description and photos. We’ll organise a replacement or refund.
