Shipping policy

We aim to get your order to you as quickly and carefully as possible.

Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 2–3 business days

• Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays

• During high-volume periods (sales, product launches, holidays), processing may be slightly delayed. If so, we’ll contact you via email or phone to keep you updated

Shipping Rates – New Zealand

We offer flat rate shipping across Aotearoa:

• Urban addresses: $8.50 NZD

• Rural addresses: $10.50 NZD

• Free shipping on all orders over $100 NZD (applies to both urban & rural)

Delivery Timeframes

• Urban delivery: 1–3 working days from dispatch

• Rural delivery: 2–5 working days from dispatch
  (Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and courier delays)

Order Tracking

You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Courier Handling

We do our best to ensure your order is securely packaged, but minor damage to outer packaging can occur during transit. If your items arrive damaged or faulty, please get in touch within 3 days of delivery with a photo so we can help.
